As a key member of our R&D leadership team, you'll collaborate with global partners, academic institutions, and internal stakeholders to map technological trajectories and translate foresight into actionable business opportunities. You'll help build our innovation roadmap while ensuring ethical implementation and sustainable impact.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their market readiness for 2026+ adoption
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating future technologies into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish partnerships with research labs and startups to acquire early-stage innovations
- Present technology foresight reports to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation governance frameworks for ethical and compliant technology deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech assessment and integration
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two future technology domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum algorithms)
- Experience building innovation pipelines for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech and academic ecosystems
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
