Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-proof systems
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, neuro interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Design scalable architectures for decentralized autonomous organizations
- Present strategic recommendations to CTO and board of directors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for next-gen AI deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching AI/quantum initiatives
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Deep understanding of blockchain, machine learning, and IoT ecosystems
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation labs
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
