Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026-2030 horizon) and develop strategic recommendations for product development
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation roadmaps with business objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Present future technology scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies including AR/VR integration and biotech applications
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure innovation impact and ROI
- Author thought leadership publications and industry whitepapers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation roles within tech companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or innovation frameworks
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
