- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property portfolio development
- Represent the company at global tech summits and industry consortia
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products (3+ case studies required)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/AR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Fluency in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Scenario Planning)
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
- Experience scaling tech teams from 20 to 200+ members
