Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging tech leadership (AI/quantum/biotech)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science or Physics
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Proven scaling of tech teams from 10 to 100+
- Expertise in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with DARPA/EU Horizon grant programs
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum assembly
