- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with 2026 market forecasts
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for experimental projects
- Present disruptive concepts to venture partners and enterprise clients
- Mentor a team of 5+ specialized technologists
- Drive patent filings for proprietary innovations
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging technologies with 5+ years in leadership roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record launching at least two breakthrough products
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neural networks, or clean tech
- Strong network with academic institutions and venture capital
- Published research in top-tier journals or conferences
- Experience with agile methodologies for R&D environments
