Responsibilities
- Architect next-gen solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling experimental technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends with 5-10 year impact
- Develop technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 strategic objectives
- Secure intellectual property for novel innovations
- Present breakthrough concepts to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in R&D or emerging technologies leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least 2 breakthrough products
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or nanotech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings
- Strong understanding of technology adoption lifecycle models
- Exceptional strategic communication and stakeholder management skills
