Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum, AI, or AR/VR)

- Proven track record shipping production systems using quantum-inspired algorithms
- Expertise in federated learning frameworks and zero-knowledge proofs
- Certification in ethical AI governance (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Experience with 3D simulation tools (Unity/Unreal) and neural interface APIs
