Responsibilities

- Coordinate with global innovation hubs to align on emerging technology standards

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in architecting production-grade quantum or AI systems
- Expertise in ethical AI governance and responsible innovation frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent industry impact
- Fluency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil) and neural interface protocols
- Experience leading international R&D teams across 3+ time zones
- Deep understanding of blockchain 3.0 and Web3 infrastructure architectures
