Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning technological capabilities with market evolution
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and opportunities
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology implementation
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators in future-focused design methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling AI/IoT/quantum systems beyond MVP stage
- Expertise in ethical technology frameworks and responsible innovation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong proficiency in systems thinking and multi-domain integration
- Experience with agile methodologies in R&D environments
- Published research or patents in future-tech domains
- Certification in foresight methodology or strategic innovation preferred
