Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Advanced Robotics) to forecast future trends and opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-state technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to communicate complex technical strategies in a compelling, business-focused narrative.
- Identify potential disruptions in the market and develop strategic responses to mitigate risks and capitalize on new horizons.
- Oversee the evaluation of new tech stacks and infrastructure requirements necessary to support the 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership within a high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of successfully leading strategic initiatives and delivering complex, long-term roadmaps.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from diverse sources into actionable insights.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, with a demonstrated history of mentoring senior engineering teams and fostering a culture of innovation.
