Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company's vision for 2026, specifically focusing on AI integration and automation.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing, Decentralized Systems) and determine their applicability to our business model.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, consulting, or a senior engineering leadership role within a high-growth tech environment.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), AI/ML paradigms, and data governance frameworks.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity and lead through periods of rapid change.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
