- Define and execute the Year 2026 Strategic Roadmap, identifying critical emerging tech trends (AI, Quantum, Bio-digital convergence).
- Partner with C-level executives to forecast talent needs and build acquisition strategies for future-proof roles.
- Oversee the recruitment and integration of top-tier talent in specialized, cutting-edge domains.
- Design and implement a forward-looking employee development and upskilling curriculum to prepare our current workforce for 2026.
- Monitor industry shifts globally to ensure our competitive advantage remains intact.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Talent Acquisition, or Future Tech Consulting.
- Proven ability to forecast industry trends 3-5 years in advance with high accuracy.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in Artificial Intelligence, Web3, or Sustainable Tech.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams from the ground up.
- Strong network within the innovation ecosystem and venture capital communities.
