Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning process to identify key technological trends, including AI, Quantum Computing, and sustainable energy tech, and integrate them into our core business strategy.
- Roadmap Execution: Create and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and resource availability.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and validate futuristic concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in and funding for ambitious projects.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of competitor technologies and market shifts to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Technical Partnerships: Establish and nurture relationships with startups, universities, and research institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all futuristic initiatives comply with evolving data privacy and security regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or enterprise architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, and Web3 technologies.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate abstract future concepts into actionable, measurable business strategies.
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing diverse, high-performing teams.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing at the C-suite level.
