Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to align technical capabilities with business goals for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Evaluate Emerging Technologies: Conduct rigorous research and feasibility studies on emerging trends such as Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Sustainable Tech.
- Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Collaborate with engineering, product, and executive teams to translate high-level strategy into actionable technical projects.
- Foster Innovation Culture: Implement programs and workshops to encourage creative problem-solving and forward-thinking within the organization.
- Competitor & Market Analysis: Analyze industry shifts and competitor moves to ensure our technological advantage remains unassailable.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within the technology sector.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to forecast industry trends and develop long-term strategic plans with high accuracy.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of modern software architectures, AI/ML paradigms, and cloud infrastructure.
