Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR, AI ethics) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and executive teams
- Present technology forecasts and adoption recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory shifts to ensure compliance and competitive advantage
- Develop scenarios and contingency plans for technology disruption and paradigm shifts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFP) or Technology Strategy (e.g., CTS)
