- Define and Execute the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for growth in AI, Quantum Computing, and Immersive Web experiences.
- Emerging Tech R&D: Conduct deep-dive research into next-gen technologies and pilot programs to validate feasibility for large-scale implementation.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to integrate futuristic solutions into our core product lines.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends and competitive landscapes to provide actionable insights to the C-suite and board members.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for long-term strategic initiatives.
- Team Mentorship: Build and mentor a high-performance team of futurists and technologists dedicated to innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Architecture, and Web3 technologies.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of forecasting technology trends and successfully implementing them in a commercial environment.
