Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on AI, predictive analytics, and futuristic interfaces.
- Conduct in-depth R&D into emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, Neural Interfaces) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to translate complex tech trends into clear product and engineering roadmaps.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of third-party technologies and platforms that align with the 2026 vision.
- Manage a budget for innovation pilots and proof-of-concept projects.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in for new initiatives.
- Stay ahead of industry disruptors and regulatory changes affecting future tech adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends and successfully implementing long-term roadmaps (5+ years out).
- Deep technical knowledge of AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure, and software development lifecycles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams.
