Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term vision with quarterly execution.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Spatial Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to translate abstract concepts into actionable product features.
- Partner with C-level executives to secure buy-in for high-risk, high-reward research initiatives.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and product managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and future-forward thinking.
- Monitor global tech trends to predict disruptions and pivot our strategy accordingly.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in a strategic leadership role within the technology sector.
- Proven track record of successfully launching or managing complex technology roadmaps.
- Deep technical fluency in AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, and Quantum computing principles.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in agile environments and a demonstrated capacity for strategic decision-making.
