- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, generative AI, and biometric interfaces
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate emerging technologies into core business strategies
- Manage a $5M innovation budget with measurable ROI projections
- Present strategic technology briefings to investors and industry stakeholders
- Mentor a team of 12+ engineers and researchers in future-focused methodologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year implementation potential
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Strong background in sustainable tech and ethical AI implementation
- Published author in tech innovation or peer-reviewed research in future technologies
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
