Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning process for the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying key growth areas and emerging technologies.
- Trend Forecasting: Analyze global tech trends, market shifts, and competitive landscapes to predict future needs.
- Roadmap Architecture: Translate high-level strategic goals into actionable technical roadmaps for engineering and product teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex strategic concepts to non-technical stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
- Innovation Incubation: Prototype and evaluate disruptive technologies (AI, Quantum, Spatial Computing) relevant to the 2026 timeline.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs to measure the success of strategic initiatives and report on progress to the C-suite.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with a focus on future trends.
- Tech Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) and their potential impact on business models by 2026.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive adoption of new strategies.
