Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning business goals with emerging tech trends.
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating Generative AI and Quantum algorithms into core product lines.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify disruptive technologies with high ROI potential.
- Present complex strategic visions to C-suite executives and stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
- Establish partnerships with key players in the future-tech ecosystem (startups, research labs, think tanks).
- Oversee the lifecycle of future-tech pilots and prototypes, ensuring scalability and security.
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation within the tech division.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Technology Planning, Management Consulting, or Product Strategy.
- Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging tech trends (e.g., AI, Blockchain, Quantum).
- Deep understanding of systems architecture and the ability to evaluate technical feasibility.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable strategic insights.
- Strong leadership presence with experience managing diverse, high-performance teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
