Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives and market trends.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, AR/VR) and their potential impact on the industry by 2026.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align R&D, Product, and Marketing teams on the 2026 vision.
- Identify and mitigate strategic risks associated with long-term technological investments and market shifts.
- Establish thought leadership partnerships with key industry futurists and tech analysts.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure the adoption and impact of 2026 initiatives.
- Communicate complex strategic concepts to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Technology Consulting, or Product Management.
- Proven track record of developing long-term (5-10 year) strategic roadmaps for enterprise-level organizations.
- Deep understanding of current and future tech trends, specifically Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Strong executive presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MSc in Tech Strategy, or related field) is highly preferred.
- Certification in Strategic Planning or Technology Management is a plus.
