Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI/quantum solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging threats/opportunities in biotech and clean energy
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ R&D budget for future-tech incubation
- Partner with academic institutions for joint research initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years focused on post-2025 forecasting
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate tech
- Proven track record of scaling R&D initiatives to market
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Certified in Strategic Foresight (CFP) or equivalent
- Experience with policy advocacy for tech ethics frameworks
- Published author in peer-reviewed tech journals
