Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch breakthrough solutions in emerging tech domains
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Present tech strategy to C-suite and board with data-driven impact projections
- Drive R&D initiatives focusing on ethical AI and climate-positive tech solutions
- Mentor junior strategists in future technology methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining tech products
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Executive-level communication with ability to translate complex concepts
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics
- Experience with futures methodology frameworks (e.g., scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals or conferences
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
