Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts in prototyping 2026-viable solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
- Conduct foresight analysis on emerging tech disruptions and regulatory landscapes
- Drive sustainable technology initiatives with measurable environmental impact metrics
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior talent in future-focused methodologies and ethical tech development
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in developing commercialized emerging technology solutions
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic computing
- Published research in top-tier journals/conferences (NeurIPS, Nature, etc.)
- Experience with ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-relevant projects or thought leadership
