Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Future Studies with 10+ years
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech societal impact (2018-2024)
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in regulatory foresight for AI, biotech, and space commercialization
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
