- Translate technical possibilities into compelling business cases and strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with company vision
- Manage R&D partnerships with leading universities and tech incubators
- Present strategic insights to investors and stakeholders to secure future funding
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership roles
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: AI, quantum computing, blockchain, sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and market forecasting capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary R&D teams and budgets over $10M
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (preferred)
