Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for future-proof solutions
- Develop patentable frameworks for next-gen digital ecosystems
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and tech innovation teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
