- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruption
- Lead incubation of emerging tech (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, Web4.0)
- Secure strategic partnerships with NASA, Dell, and emerging startups
- Present tech strategy to Fortune 500 clients and investors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in agile tech development
- File 3+ patents annually for proprietary tech innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record scaling SaaS/IoT products to $100M+ ARR
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals (2020-2024)
- Certified in AWS Quantum Technologies and Google AI Edge
- Experience with federal tech grants (SBIR/STTR) processes
- Portfolio of 3+ tech commercializations with measurable impact
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming frameworks
