Responsibilities

- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, blockchain) for strategic implementation
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech capabilities into existing platforms
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover advantages
- Build and maintain relationships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
- Manage innovation pilots and proof-of-concept projects for future technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven experience developing long-term tech roadmaps (5+ year vision)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
