Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI integration, quantum computing applications, and sustainable tech solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation incubation programs for emerging technologies
- Collaborate with venture partners to scout and integrate cutting-edge startups
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption and ROI of innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, or sustainable tech)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions
