Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or C-suite tech leadership
- Proven track record developing and executing 5+ year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, IoT, blockchain)
- Experience scaling tech organizations for exponential growth phases
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTO Academy, MIT Tech Strategy) preferred
- Strong background in sustainable tech and ESG compliance frameworks
