- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (neuromorphic chips, bio-digital interfaces)
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present futuristic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive ethics-by-design frameworks for autonomous systems
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio for 2026 launch initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing/AI/Sustainable Tech with 5+ years strategy experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies (2019-2023)
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Expertise in futures methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of global tech policy frameworks (EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act)
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM/Qiskit) or equivalent
- Fluency in Mandarin/Spanish for international stakeholder engagement
