Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum, AGI, or neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record scaling tech products to $100M+ ARR
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture
