Responsibilities
- Lead development of the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, identifying emerging trends and disruptive innovations
- Conduct horizon scanning and market analysis to prioritize high-impact R&D initiatives
- Champion adoption of next-gen technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0) across product lines
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic vision to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and lead a dedicated innovation task force focused on 2026+ capabilities
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their implications on our innovation strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with demonstrable impact on future-tech initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, IoT) and market adoption cycles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience presenting complex tech concepts to C-suite audiences and investors
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and sustainable innovation practices
