Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with demonstrated impact on 5+ year roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging tech forecasting and adoption lifecycle management
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published future-tech research
- Track record of scaling tech teams through paradigm shifts (cloud, AI, blockchain)
- Deep understanding of ethical tech governance frameworks (IEEE, EU AI Act)
