Responsibilities
- Architect and execute technology roadmaps spanning 2026-2030, integrating AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen digital experiences
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neurotech, synthetic biology, quantum AI) for commercial viability
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Mentor technical teams in future-proofing infrastructure and security protocols
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least three of: AI ethics, quantum computing, blockchain, or neurotech
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products with $50M+ impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Certifications in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or similar
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
