Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market predictions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating AI/ML with human-centric design
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AR/VR) for commercial viability
- Develop patent strategies for proprietary tech frameworks
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and venture partners
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused methodologies
- Establish industry partnerships with academic and private innovation labs
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling tech products to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, neuromorphic computing)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting models
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized innovations
