- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation with business objectives
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for future technology exploration
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and industry partners
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum/biotech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (e.g., scenario planning)
- Strong network in Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- PMP or equivalent innovation certification preferred
