Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, sustainable systems)
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future tech into core business strategy
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and product teams
- Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships and acquisition opportunities in emerging tech
- Present innovation frameworks and future scenarios to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for rapid prototyping and validation of futuristic concepts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong background in managing R&D budgets >$5M
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex technical concepts
- Certification in innovation management or strategic foresight preferred
