Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology leadership with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research in emerging tech
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives to commercial deployment
- Expertise in technology ethics and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management across C-suite, investors, and government bodies
- Deep understanding of biotech-technology convergence implications
- Certified in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight methodologies
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global collaboration
