Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead market research and competitive analysis of emerging tech trends
- Design innovation frameworks for ethical implementation of disruptive technologies
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget and vendor ecosystems
- Present foresight findings to stakeholders through data-driven visualizations
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI governance, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Technology Forecasting
- Strong data modeling skills with proficiency in Python/R/Tableau
- Experience leading global innovation teams in Fortune 500 environments
- Presentation skills at TED Talks/World Economic Forum level
