Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with global market trends and climate imperatives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Architect scalable AI systems for autonomous urban infrastructure
- Drive sustainable tech adoption through carbon-negative engineering initiatives
- Mentor next-gen engineers in emerging tech ethics and governance frameworks
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in scaling quantum computing or AI infrastructure
- Expertise in climate-tech policy frameworks (e.g., EU Green Deal, US IRA)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Systems Engineering
- Proficiency in strategic forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi Method, scenario planning)
- Experience securing $50M+ R&D budgets for experimental tech initiatives
