- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5-10 year commercialization potential
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs worldwide
- Present visionary technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
- Oversee $50M+ innovation portfolio allocation and risk assessment
- Mentor next-generation technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting (e.g., IEEE, Nature)
- Experience scaling tech initiatives from prototype to global deployment
