Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, neuromorphic computing, biotech convergence) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps aligning with market shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Conduct competitive intelligence and scenario planning for 2026 market conditions
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Define KPIs for innovation portfolio success and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
