Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite to integrate future tech into corporate vision and operations
- Build and manage a high-performance innovation lab with $10M+ annual budget
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
- Drive ethical tech adoption frameworks and sustainability initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies
- Published research in top-tier journals on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Experience with international tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
