- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish innovation KPIs and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Partner with R&D to commercialize emerging technologies
- Foster an internal culture of agile innovation and future literacy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech (AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain)
- Proven experience building long-term tech roadmaps
- Strong financial acumen for budgeting ROI on future tech
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation
- Experience scaling tech initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Strategy preferred
