Responsibilities
- Lead research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market impact by 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 5-year business objectives
- Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships with tech startups and research institutions
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership quarterly
- Oversee implementation of pilot projects for breakthrough innovations
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation task force
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory shifts affecting 2026 landscape
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management (e.g., CTO, CISSP)
