Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, blockchain, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for quantum-resistant security protocols
- Partner with policy think tanks to shape emerging technology governance frameworks
- Architect sustainable tech solutions aligned with UN SDG 2030 targets
- Mentor junior researchers through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
- Present strategic visions at Davos, CES, and World Economic Forum summits
- Drive patent development for proprietary AI-human symbiosis systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or Future Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic tech planning with 2+ years in emerging technologies
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Track record of launching products with 1M+ users
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (for global stakeholder engagement)
- Portfolio demonstrating work on human-centric AI design systems
